Vincent Scarborough has the gift of communicating to animals. James Komanda, a mystic and friend, uses bio-feedback to find his level of consciousness. Darrel Scarborough, his father, is the founder of The Church of God’s Law, a religious zealot/sociopath who blames Vincent for the death of Maria Scarborough, Vincent’s mother. After traumatic events, Vincent uses his powers to avenge his adversaries. His father’s parishioners are after him. But when Vincent finds an infinite realm -- all hell breaks loose.
Mind Gate is primarily a horror novel, but crosses many genres. It is a love story between Nisa and Vincent, a horror story of abuse, and a story emphasizing the techniques of biofeedback utilized in the relationship to meditation.
